1. Seller information
1.1 The Site and its contents are designed, managed, and administered by Dinamo Group S.r.l.s. (hereinafter Dinamo Group) with registered office in via Moro, 153, 21018 Travedona Monate (VA) - Italy Dinamo Group is the exclusive licensee of the Priscilla Dinamo brand and owner of the rights of use on domains, logos, trademarks, copyrights applied to the Site.
2. Age requirements
2.1 The Services are not intended for persons under the age of eighteen (18) (or in any case minors under the law of their country). Users who are under the required age are asked not to register and not to subscribe to any Service. If it becomes aware of the fact that the User has not turned eighteen (18) years or the age foreseen in his country to be of age (or has voluntarily declared the false about his age during the registration procedure), Dinamo Group will upon the immediate cancellation of any registration or subscription of the User and will interrupt the provision of the Services.
3. Registration and subscription of the Services
3.1 The User may register or subscribe to the Dinamo Group Services available from time to time on the Site.
3.2 When registering or subscribing to the Services, the User must provide accurate and truthful information. The User undertakes to promptly inform Dinamo Group in the event of any changes to the information provided at the time of registration or subscription to ensure that the User can receive the messages sent by Dinamo Group, avoiding that such messages are erroneously transmitted to subjects third parties.
3.3 If the User is registered to a Service that requires prior authentication (for example, an Account or a Wish List), the User undertakes to immediately inform Dinamo Group if he suspects that there has been unauthorized access to your account or that your password has been hacked. The User has the exclusive responsibility deriving from the use of the account, provided that such use is attributable to it or derives from the failure by the User to adopt adequate password protection measures.
3.4 Without prejudice to any other remedy provided for by the applicable legislation and the Terms of Conditions, in case of violation by the User of the provisions contained in Terms of Conditions, Dinamo Group will have the right to cancel the registration or subscription User, block their account and/or deny, limit, suspend or revoke the User's access to the Site and Services.
4. Term and Termination
4.1 The User's registration on the Site, or his subscription to one or more Services, will be effective when the relevant procedure is completed.
4.3 The User has the right to withdraw freely, and at any time from registering on the Site or subscribing to a Service, without having to give reasons; to exercise this right, the User must send an e-mail to email@example.com or call +39 0331076419. Dinamo Group undertakes to confirm to the User the withdrawal from registration or subscription.
4.4 Dinamo Group has the right to terminate or suspend the User's registration or subscription to a Service by the User at any time, with immediate effect and at its discretion, in the event of a serious breach by the User. The provisions contained in the Conditions of use, without prejudice to any other legal right. Dinamo Group will inform the User of the termination or suspension, as appropriate, by e-mail or by post. User registration or subscription will be disabled.
5. Protection of industrial and intellectual property rights
5.1 The terms "Site" and "Material" mean, respectively and by way of non-exhaustive example, the software, the implementation and use of the Site, the layout, structure, and organization of the contents of the Site, as well as any material reproduced and/or made available to the public, including, in particular, the collection and organization of data and information, photographs, images, illustrations, texts, video clips, musical compositions, audio clips, design, distinctive signs, logos, trademarks, distinctive elements defined as trade dress or any other Material reproduced and/or made available through the Site ("Materials").
5.2 The Material on the Site, in whole or in part, including - by way of example but not limited to - trademarks, domain names, designs, and models, patents, and copyrights, are protected and are owned by Dinamo Group. All rights to them, internationally, are reserved.
5.3 It is forbidden to carry out, in any form and/or in any way and for any purpose, even only partially, any of the following operations concerning the Site, any Material on the Site or the related software: reproduce ( except for reproduction for personal and non-commercial use), publish, disclose, transmit, make available to the public, republish, distribute, display, remove, delete, add, or otherwise modify, create and/or use derivative or otherwise inspired works, sell or participate in any capacity in the sale. The download or copy authorized in writing by Dinamo Group does not involve the purchase, by the User, of any right, title, or interest in the Material or software.
6. Payment methods
6.1 The Customer may pay the amount relating to the Products contained in the order proposal and the shipping costs, if applicable, by credit card or PayPal.
6.2 Transactions will be debited to the Customer's credit card only after: (i) the credit card details have been verified, and (ii) the authorization to debit from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer.
6.3 If for any reason, it is not possible to charge the credit card the amounts owed by the Customer, it will not be possible to execute the contract, and the order will be considered canceled.
6.4 For each order, Dinamo Group will issue a specific invoice, which will be available in the history and detail section of the Orders in the personal section of the account in compliance with current legislation. The invoice will be issued based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order. Changes to the invoice are not permitted after its issue.
7. Transport and delivery
7.1 The Products purchased will be delivered by the courier selected by Dinamo Group (hereinafter "Courier") on working days. The Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order proposal. We do not deliver to post office boxes.
7.2 Unless events of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances occur, deliveries will be made within 3 (three) days from the date indicated in the Order Confirmation.
7.3 Upon delivery. the Customer (or his / her delegate) must: (i) check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the delivery note; (ii) check that the packaging and its seals are intact, not damaged, not wet or altered in any way; (iii) sign the delivery document; and (iv) if requested by the Courier, show an identity document. Any damage to the packaging and/or the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported in writing on the Courier's delivery note. Where permitted by current legislation, once the Courier's document has been signed without the Customer having raised any objections, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package; it is understood that the Customer may also raise objections subsequently, in accordance with the provisions of article 13 below if such disputes concern the Products.
7.4 Delivery costs, if provided for by the Customer, will be highlighted separately in the order form. Any customs clearance costs will not be indicated in the order form and will be charged to the customer.
8. Confirmation of shipment and delivery
8.1 Dinamo Group will send the Customer an e-mail confirming the shipment after the shipment of the Products, as well as a second e-mail confirming the delivery of the same.
9. Wrapping or packaging
9.1 The products used on the site are delivered using normal packaging in Dinamo Group stores.
10. Right of withdrawal
10.1 according to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. of products.
10.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send via e-mail or functionality available on the Site within the deadline set out in the previous 10.1:
- by filling out the Return Request form in the Contact section;
- by contacting customer service directly at +39.0331076419;
- by sending a communication to firstname.lastname@example.org highlighting the Customer's intention to exercise the right of withdrawal according to Article 52 of the Consumer Code; this communication must contain the following information: (i) indication of the Products for which the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal; (ii) order number and (iii) the reason for the resolution

10.3 Dinamo Group will contact the customer to make arrangements for collecting the returned goods. Within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal, the Customer must return the Products purchased by DHL courier to Dinamo Group by the customer service agreements.
10.4 The goods must be returned intact, together with the original packaging (including any accessories, labels, tags, seals, etc.) and possibly used for the time necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics, and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:
- the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; it cannot be used only on the part of the purchased product (including the accessory equipment: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc.…).
- The Dinamo Group will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss occurring during or in any case depending on the return shipment if the same has taken place in the individual non-compliant ways.
10.4 Dinamo Group will refund in full the sums paid by the Customer, including any reasonable delivery costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Dinamo Group received the Products.
11. Product replacement
11.1 Without prejudice to the Customer's rights provided for in articles 10 and 12 of these General Conditions, Dinamo Group recognizes the possibility for the Customer to replace the Products purchased on the Site. To this end, the Customer must:
(I) upon receipt of the Products, contact Dinamo Group by e-mail at the address: email@example.com; (II) subsequently, fill in the form, received together with the Products you intend to replace, clearly indicating the code and size (as indicated on the Site) of the new Products you wish to receive; (III) no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Products were received, send them to Dinamo Group, in the original state in which they were at the time of receipt (avoiding to remove the labels), together with the form indicated in the previous article 12.1 (II). Unless otherwise indicated on the Site, the delivery costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer.
11.2. The Products must be returned intact, unused, undamaged and with the labels still attached. The Customer is solely responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from handling the Product other than that necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and operation.
11.3 Dinamo Group will refund the amount paid by the Customer with the same payment methods used by the Customer for the purchase, no later than 14 (fourteen) days of receipt by Dinamo Group of the returned Products.
11.4. Dinamo Group will accept the replacement after checking the availability of the Products requested in replacement.
11.5. The replacement will be processed by Dinamo Group with the same methods used for each new order, and the same terms and conditions applied to the Customer's initial order will therefore apply in accordance with these General Conditions. In particular, if the Products that the Customer intends to replace have been paid for by credit card, Dinamo Group will first refund the price originally paid, then charge the price of the Products requested in replacement.
12. Lack of conformity
12.1 Should the Products sold by Dinamo Group show production defects or any alleged lack of conformity, the Customer will be required to contact the online assistance, by e-mail or by post, at the addresses indicated below:

12.2 The sale of the Products is subject to the legal guarantees provided for in articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code. Pursuant to these regulatory provisions, the Customer has the right to obtain the total restoration of the conformity of the goods by, at his choice, repair or replacement, and at no cost to him. In the event that one of these remedies is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other, in accordance with the provisions of Article 130, paragraph 7, of the Consumer Code, the Customer may obtain a reasonable reduction in the price of the Products or, alternatively, termination of the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the alleged lack of conformity to Dinamo Group within 2 (two) months from the date on which he discovered this defect. In any case, the direct action to assert an alleged lack of conformity is prescribed by law within 26 (twenty-six) months from the date on which the Products were delivered to the Customer.
12.3 In the event that the Customer requests the repair or replacement of the Products due to an alleged lack of conformity of the same in the terms referred to in this article 13, the delivery costs for returning the Products to Dinamo Group to be repaired or replaced, as well as all costs for returning the repaired or replaced Products to the Customer, will remain solely the responsibility of Dinamo Group.
13. Guarantee of authenticity and intellectual property rights
13.1 Dinamo Group guarantees the authenticity of all Products purchased on the Site. The "Priscilla Dinamo" branded products are made with high-quality materials, are packaged by Italian artisans and are all rigorously and entirely MADE IN ITALY. < / p>
13.2 All "Priscilla Dinamo" trademarks, figurative and/or shape trademarks, present on the Products, their accessories and/or packaging, as well as all the illustrations, images, and logos protected by copyright, and, more in general, all intellectual property rights relating to the Products are and will remain the exclusive property of Dinamo Group.
14. Applicable law and competent court
14.1 These General Conditions and, consequently, the contracts concluded with Customers are governed by Italian law (in particular, the Consumer Code and the Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003, "E-commerce Decree") and must be interpreted according to it.
14.2. Disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, and/or execution of these General Conditions will be devolved to the jurisdiction of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer.
Alternatively, the Customer can choose to access the platform for the extra-judicial resolution of disputes provided by the European Commission, present on the site http://ec.europa.eu/odr
